Srila Visvanatha CakravartI Thakura has said that the order of the spiritual master should be the life and soul of the disciple. It is natural, therefore, that one remembers the spiritual master while carrying out his instructions: “I should therefore meditate and pray for his mercy three times a day and offer my respectful obeisances unto him, my spiritual master.”
